MEET CHRIS SACKS

Founder and Principal at Sacks Real Estate

With a multidisciplinary background, Chris brings a breadth of experience and unique perspective to offer value to his partners.

His early career was spent at CBRE in Dallas, Texas where he advised on over 350 transactions. His specializations included advising retail and land investors, retail tenant representation, financial institution advisory, and public institution consulting. Clients included publicly traded REITS, institutional and private investors, national and local retailers, and government entities.

Prior to founding Sacks Real Estate, Chris spent time in New York City attending Columbia University and completing a Masters in Real Estate Development. During this time, he also worked as a financial analysis consultant with JWF Capital where he performed financial underwriting including cash flow modeling, portfolio analysis, and market analysis for a variety of clients.

He is currently involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  Chris holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
